Lack of immigration legal aid 'emotional torture'

The Welsh government has provided some funding to support legal advice services, but both the Bevan Foundation and legal professionals are calling for more substantial action from both Welsh and UK governments to address the crisis and restore access to justice for migrants and asylum seekers.
