Fake e-visa site a 'serious threat', warns Fiji Immigration
Release Date

Summary
Fiji’s Immigration Ministry has issued an urgent warning about a fake website posing as the official e-Visa platform.
Permanent Secretary Aliki Salusalu said the fraudulent site, registered on 24 June 2025, is illegally collecting personal data and has no affiliation with the government. It was deliberately created to deceive and defraud people seeking immigration or visa services.
The ministry considers it a serious threat to public safety and national security and is working with law enforcement and cyber intelligence agencies to investigate and address the risks.
People are advised to ensure the website they use ends with “.gov.fj,” the official government domain.
